Breakfast was lovely - relaxed, served on roof dining room/terrace, lots of variety, different things each day, fruit, sweet things and savoury, salads particularly good. Bit of a highlight and a great way to start the day. Room was airy, view out towards the Blue Mosque, big windows in our room which opened wide. Staff were all kind, friendly and helpful. Very well located for visiting historical sights and enjoying the ambience of the city's open spaces.

I loved the position and the staff were great and very helpful. The hotel itself is a bit faded and old but it had a great feel. Breakfast buffet was good - especially the home made cakes. There are lots of stairs so if if you aren’t good with them, then maybe somewhere else would be better. Bit like staying in an old guest house but suited me perfectly.

Super location. Breakfast was correct but not superb, employees really friendly. They have a roof terace open whenever you want. Close store you can buy for meal, for drink, also some merchandising.

Generous and healthy breakfast. They will make you a real Turkish Coffee in the little pot if you ask. Fresh ripe tomatoes and 5 different cheeses - all fresh. Amazing olives and nice eggs. Wonderful yogurt too (not sweet - the real one, its probably home made). Breakast is on the terrace which is a delight.

Very close to all major sites. Proprietor extremely helpful Room could have been a little better organised…small chest of drawers instead of table/easy access to wardrobe. Huge dominant tv not appropriate for foreign travellers. Overall…. Location and good staff compensated for this.

The Turkoman Hotel is authentic, well cared for & has wonderful staff.. and has GREAT breakfasts as part of the stay. Its location could not be better, making the walks throughout the city sooo easy. It’s the only place I’ll stay when I return.

I like the breakfasts with a great view, always friendly personnel, view from the window, comfortable room and it’s a bit rustic stile. Internet is also good if to restart the rooter daily (we found where to do it by ourselves 😆).

very close to Blue Mosque and within walking distance of most of Sultanahmet sites. Basic, not fancy but nice breakfast, clean room and friendly staff. Air conditioner that works. You will spend most of your time out seeing the sites, and it is a comfortable place to catch some rest each night.
